Ick

Today I'm feeling sick. I went to work as usual but by 11 o'clock I had pains in my guts and was having to make regular trips to the toilet (which is a touch embarrassing in a very small office). I hung on as long as I could but had to go home.
I went back to bed at midday and have only just got up again.
My stomach still feels like its doing a good impression of a washing machine. I need to go to work tomorrow though because I don't get sick pay.
