I rule

I failed to take over the world a couple of months ago. So the alternative is to set up my own country. Come visit. I seem to be having some crime and corruption problems at the moment because I'm a little too light with the rule of law and punishment. I'm hoping to bring things in to line with a light touch but if things don't get better I'll have to crack the whip.
