Bill the Barber

Bill was having fairly busy day at his popular barbers shop when a stranger sticks his head round the door and asks "How long before I can get a haircut?"
Bill takes a quick look round the shop and tells him "About 2 hours mate."
The guy leaves but doesn't return. A few days later the same bloke sticks his head through the door and asks "How long before I can get a haircut?"
"About 2 hours." replies Bill looking round at the waiting customers. The guy leaves but once again doesn't return.
A week later the same guy sticks his head through the door and says "How long before I can get a haircut?"
Bill takes a quick glance around and replies "About an hour and a half." Again the man leaves.
Bill's curiosity is piqued. He looks over to his friend sat in the corner of the shop and says "Tom, follow that guy and see where he goes."
After a short while Tom returns, laughing hysterically.
"Well?" enquires Bill, "Where did he go?"
Tom stops laughing, looks at Bill and says "To your house."
