Someone else's torture.
I've had chance to catch up with Jack a little further. Unlike Sharon, Jacks wife was able to go through a natural childbirth and did it just on "gas & air". So I was hoping to hear his tail of the miracle that is natural childbirth and how "it was the most amazing experience" of his life.
Instead Jack found it a horrific, terrifying experience that he never wants to go through again. I'll spare you the details but for the next child Jack informs me that he is insisting they elect for a caesarean section.
Despite that the baby, Zak, is doing well. He was 6lb 12oz at birth.
Congratulations to Mother, Baby and Daddy. Welcome to the club.
