Cultured.

�To be successful and happy in your career, it's not enough to be doing the right kind of work in the right sort of industry. You also need to be in the right organizational culture. That's why we developed CultureMatch�.
So my scores were: Social Assertiveness - Middle; Structure and Attention to Detail - Low; Openness and Imagination - High; Cooperation and Harmony - Low.
So I need to find an employer who places a premium on intelligence and imagination, lets me get on with my stuff without to much �forced teamwork� and won�t harp on too much about structure and detail.
