It's Budget Day today. The day that the British Chancellor of the Exchequer announces all the major changes to the countries financial system and makes wildly inaccurate forecasts about how much tax will be raised and spent over the next few years.
Not the most exciting event in most peoples calendar I know.
I earn my living giving people tax advice (Value Added Tax or VAT to be precise - so there's no point asking me about your personal tax returns, I know didly squat).
12.30 I'll be glued to the radio trying to sift the nuggets of useful information from the rest of the dirge so that we can advise our clients of any changes which may affect them.
The rest of you go ahead and enjoy your day.
