The road outside my office is lined by trees. Trees on both sides and in the wide central grass area. Several of those trees seem to produce copious amounts fluff.
I've seen dandelion seeds and the fluff from willow trees (or is that catkins?) but I've never seen anything quite like this. The grass verges look like they've received a light covering of early winter slushy snow. Any obstacle creates pools and drifts that look like some bizarre land based frogspawn.
