Indulgence
Today, Sharon and I went shopping for Chloe's birthday present. She's 12 on Wednesday. We've planned for quite a while, together with her Dad, to buy her a computer. So we dragged ourselves over to Dunstall Park where they have a computer fayre every week. Not knowing what to expect I was suprised that we were so spoilt for choice for systems within our budget.
The system we chose (2800mhz AMD processor, CD Rom, DVD Rom, 64MB graphics card all for just £320) didn't come with a monitor, so we went shopping for one.
In the end we did something totally self indulgent and bought ourselves a 17" TFT LCD Monitor and passed our old one onto Chloe. So my computer now looks like this:
