Localfeeds.com is new to me, and maybe to you too.

It takes location meta-data (check my source code to see what I mean) and uses it to give a feed of recent entries on blogs local to you.

I found a feed of blogs within 20 miles of me. Haven't got time to peruse them right now, but I'll be taking a look later.
