Over the period of a lifetime you build up a small reservoir of interesting facts that seem to be unverifiable. Even this new fangled, fount of information, the interweb thingy doesn't have the answers. Two that have bugged me recently are:
1) Goldfish have a 2 (or 7) second memory. - Long time readers will remember my old Blog*spot template contained a reference to Goldfish memory (and its similarity to mine) and I spent ages trying to verify it but couldn't.
2) A sneeze is physically equivalent to an eighth of an orgasm. - Really? I remember learning this "fact" many years ago and have proudly spouted it as gospel at any opportunity. But is it? And who determined it to be the case? And why did they bother?
