Movable Type Spam Vulnerability

If you use MT you MUST read the latest entry on movabletype.org.

It appears that part of the MT script can be hijacked by spammers to send spam from your server. It's OK though. You can simply delete the cgi program if you don't use it or download a new version if you do.

It's the part of the program that allows readers to email entries to their friends so not all MT users use it and those who don't should probably simply delete it.
