Comment Flooding pt 3

Last night a single post on this site was spammed with 157 comments.

The program (MTFlood) the f*cking little shit used to do this, quite proudly, left a different URL and spoofed a different IP address for each comment making protection that little bit harder.

So, this week, further, more drastic action might be needed. I think I'll start by disabling HTML and links in comments. At least that way one of the supposed benefits of comment spamming will be prevented.
