Regular readers may be aware of my boob obsession. Non-readers probably won't give a toss. But I couldn't help but notice Maria Menounos and her outfit at the Oscars, reportedly worth several million dollars.

If you look at her when she was young, look at more pictures than this you will know they are not fake. The are REAL!!!
Some pics you see the stretch marks, lightly - others you are seeing the sag, etc.. no doubt if you look around that you will know they are real

it really doesn't matter one way or the other as long as they _look_ natural. if it hasn't already happened, the top-end surgeons (and patients) are going to reach the point (in technology, artistry) where the orbs are fake but look so natural you think they're real, especially compared to old-style obvious fakes like Carmen E's. btw, natural-looking hang doesn't always equal real.
