Gift Boxes (Hampers) for Babies and New Mums

Entries have been a little scarce of late because I've been concentrating on getting the website finished for Baby Gift Boxes from Faye.

The new design, complete with online ordering and payment via PayPal is now line. I'd certainly welcome any comments from you guys on its look, layout and usability.

There is at least one known problem; the navigation menu doesn't seem to render correctly in anything other than IE. In fact, if you declare a document type (any document type), it doesn't even render properly in IE, which is a pain in the arse.

I like to have my HTML validate and, of course, you can't get validation without a doctype declaration.

Other than that, I'm quite impressed with the end result and it's spurred me on to another project: a website set up in partnership with Barry Diston to promote and sell dance records.

With all these little side projects the law of averages says that one of these days I'm going to find the winning formula and make myself a mint, or at least pay off the overdraft.

What a novel idea those baby boxes are. I wish I'd known about them when a friend had her baby earlier this year.
I've bookmarked it now and will certainly be back there should another friend decide to produce :)

The site is lovely, btw, and very user friendly.
