Self Diagnosis - Nervous Breakdown

According to this list of symptoms, I may be suffering from a 5 year long nervous breakdown.

I think I'll just turn the lights off and sit in a corner until the men in white coats come and collect me.

Anyone know if Versace do straight-jackets?
