U2 promotes Birmingham

Birmingham has traditionally suffered from a bit of an image problem. It tends to be the butt of many jokes.

I've worked in Birmingham, off and on, for about 8 years. It has never been quite as bad as people make out but over the last 10 years has been improved drastically.

So it's nice to see the U2 appear to have taken this on board and sing about it in their latest single.
