Fussy House-mate
You know those little things people do that really grate on you? The one's that really don't matter for the first week or two but after several years turn life with you partner / house-mate into a living hell?
Imagine what they'd look like if you wrote them down in an advert for a flat-mate? I'm pretty sure this is a hoax. No one would really put all of this in an advert but it's pretty funny all the same.
