The Blur Of Insanity has an excellent guide to Beating a Speeding Ticket. Obviously it's American but many of the principles will be the same in the UK and clearly it's not going to work for a ticket you get from a speed camera. If you are unlucky enough to get stopped by and actual, live, in the flesh Traffic Cop (currently registered as an endangered species and likely to become extinct within the next 2 years) then this is the guide for you.
I may well do some research into UK traffic law to see how much this would differ for UK tickets.
I've gotten out of speeding tickets by being nice to the officer and saying "I'm not sure how fast I was going officer, I was trying to pass that car on the right when you came up and rode my bumper for 1/2 a mile. I was trying to get out of your way faster so that you could get around me." He "clocked" me with his speedometer, so he didn't have a "accurate" measure of how fast I was going.
It's easy getting out of a ticket. Just smile and act dumb. Helps to make sure some cleavage is showing as well. :)
And this comes from the woman who chided me "Oh please! A boob is a boob is a boob.". See. They're more than just boobs. They're "get out of jail" free cards. They're "buy me a diamond please" instructions. They're "please change my flat tyre for me" requests..... They, together with some other attributes, give you (you as a whole gender, obviously) the ultimate control over men.

Hi I got a speeding ticket doing a 36mph in a 30 Zone got away with it though!
Any way I wanted to prevent it in the future so went to found www.customerstop.co.uk I accidentally tried it LOL I THINK it works but remember guys no guarantee in this world best thing is not to speed anyway been a few weeks since I was doing 40mph in a 30mph zone got flashed no ticket!!! (Yet lol)
