Anyone who reads the tech news can't have missed the fact that some game modder has released code that apparently "unlocks" some slightly highly pornographic mini-games within Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.
The modder claims that the code simply unlocks items that were already there. Rock Star Games states that the modder has added code that creates these games and they are not part of the original code.
This is important for Rock Star Games and could have implications for all future software releases as Age and Content Ratings should be based on all accessible game play / content. However, I think this is an issue that should be sorted between Rock Star Games and the Entertainment Software Rating Board (in the US).
What we don't need is politicians sticking their oar in.
