Stop ECG is back up again. But it is still subject to legal challenges from some of the companies it features.
The site has recently been featured once more in the Mirror who even went as far as naming and shaming the man behind many of the companies.
Jules, the driving force behind Stop ECG, also has a weblog in which he asks people to mirror the site. Labour MEP Richard Corbett has already set up a mirror.
To this end, I've set up a partial mirror of the site here. This may or may not be a permanent thing. However, the more people set up mirrors in this way the less likely any one mirror is to be challenged by the scammers. I would therefore encourage everyone that can to help Jules, any now me, to avoid legal attention by hosting another mirror site.
