Xiclets.net is a very strange, but easy to use web service. It allows you to create a very basic web page in next to no time.

Using text entry and some minimal HTML you can publish a pre-formatted webpage.

I put up a quick test page.

I imagine that this service will very quickly fall foul of spammers who use it to create links to their own pages (as I have, I suppose).

Interesting, they give you free space to the google ads. Shame they fucked the semantics by putting a blockquote around everything.
