Things are a little busy here at the moment. Sharon went iin for a full hysterectomy yesterday. She is likely to be in hospital until early next week and, after that, will be on complete bed rest for about another 2 weeks.
I am therefore playing "single Dad" with the school run, work and hospital visits. This site, amongst other things, will have to take a back seat to more important commitments.
For those friends who read this, Sharon is doing well. She had the operation at about 2pm yesterday and was back on the ward by 5ish. The nurses tell me the operation went as planned. However, Sharon was in quite a lot of pain throughout the evening, more than they were expecting. I've phoned the hospital this morning and she is much more comfortable now.
