Fidget Video Productions
A very good friend of mine has started a new business venture, Fidget Video Productions, specialising in corporate and wedding videos but also looking to do artiste performance and even music videos.
As part of the business launch I have undertaken my 11th website design project, fidget-video-productions.co.uk. I'm pleased with the way it has turned out with a couple of exceptions.
- The rather horrible CSS coding to create the 2 side columns but keep the content first in the mark-up (for the benefit of search engines and non-CSS browsers).
- I've not been able to create variable length side columns that automatically match the length of the centre column. Consequently I've had to pad the columns to match the length of the longest page. I doesn't look too hot on the short pages. :-(
If anyone can make any suggestions to cure these problems they'd be gratefully accepted.
Incidentally, of the 11 website designs I've done, I've only been paid for one, my design for vatease.co.uk, which was finally launched in December just 22 months after the project was started. However, I am still proud of the outcome. Comments accepted on that one too.
