I think this is an excellent idea, well implemented. There are many subject specific review websites but this covers anything you want to review, makes it incredibly easy (you can post from SMS, from Twitter or even from your own blog) and automatically posts your reviews to your blog allowing you to share it with your friends.
These services become more valuable the more people use them. I would encourage every one to sign up and post reviews on everything from the food you bought for dinner to the film you saw at the weekend.
