My record shop is closing
The record shop I used to use to purchase records and CDs for the disco is to close this weekend. It feels like the end of an era.
Back in the days before downloading I would regularly spend over £30 a week there and they would keep to one side any promos and limited editions they thought I might be interested in.
I feel guilt over the fact that the shop is to close because I haven't been in myself for years. I buy my music on-line these days because its cheaper and easier to carry a large number of tracks at one time. I also don't have the spare money to spend on unnecessary promos.
